Booking conditions

Arrival and departure
Your pitch is available from 13:30 on the day of your arrival and we ask you to stay in the car park in front of the house before check-in.
On the day of your departure your pitch is available until 11:30, we ask you to leave it clean and tidy.
Your pitch will be kept until 17:00 on the day of your arrival. Please inform us by no later than 17:00 in the event of any delay, otherwise we may have to allocate the pitch to others.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome to stay with you, they are to be kept on a leash. Please make sure their droppings are disposed of in the doggie bags we provide.

Booking
You can book by e-mail or by phone. Bookings by e-mail and pre-check-in are preferred.

Electricity costs
The costs for electricity are charged according to consumption: € 0,85/kWh.
Note: make sure your power cable is plugged into the correct socket as your power consumption is automatically calculated on your pitch.

Payment Terms
For a longer stay, we also accept VISA, Mastercard or ATM.

Cancellation terms
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival. We are entitled to make a charge for booked nights in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.

For our environment
Please sort your refuse before disposing of it in the marked containers. We do not accept bulky waste.

We place great emphasis on order and cleanliness. Please leave the sanitary facilities in spotless condition. Children up to 6 years of age must for safety reasons be accompanied by an adult when using the sanitary or toilet facilities. 

Water is a highly precious commodity: please use it sparingly and make sure your children do too.
